All boxes ship via Royal Mail Tracked on or about the 15th working day of each month.
The cut-off date to receive the next box is the 8th.
For example, if you join by January 8th, you will receive the January box, despatched on or about January 15th.
You’ll receive the February box if you join between January 9th and February 8th.

We ship to the UK, USA, and Canada. Our rates are:

USA (Mainland) - £12
Canada - £14
As a small UK business, our international shipping costs are high, especially since books are heavy. We do our best to keep these costs as competitive as possible. The more members we have, the easier it will be to secure cheaper rates, so thank you for your support!

Yes, your payment will auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it.
We cannot offer refunds if your box has already been despatched or if you didn't cancel your membership in time. If you wish to cancel, please do so before 00:00 UK time on your next billing date.
However, we understand that sometimes life happens! If you have any questions or concerns, contact us at lou@cozyreadbooks.com, and we'll do our best to help.
You will be charged for your first month immediately at the checkout.
Subsequent billing occurs on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UK time.
For example, if you join on January 3rd, you'll be billed immediately, and then again at 00:00 UK time on February 1st for the next box.
Before you cancel, you can easily skip or pause your membership anytime by logging into your account HERE. Select manage subscription, then select the options for pausing or skipping.
If you still need to cancel, we'll be sad to see you go. you can cancel anytime by logging into your account. You’ll stop receiving boxes for monthly plans after your last paid box is sent.
For 3, 6 or 12-month plans, you can cancel via your account, but you will still receive the boxes you committed to. We cannot offer partial refunds on these plans as they come with a discounted rate for the full-term commitment.
